What can I say,  I live in the Far north of Scotland in a small and beautiful place called Thurso, Caithness.

I started to knit as a child, and as a child does, it got put to the side. I picked it up again very briefly when I was in my 30's and again it got put to a side after a couple of months.
Finally I picked it back up when I was 47 and I am still at it lol.
Being more or less housebound knitting is my personal lifeline to the world and my sanity! When I had my mobility my hobby was photography.

You will find me at some local fairs/markets in the Caithness and Sutherland, you can also find some of my items in a couple of places in Sutherland, there's The Rusty Coo which is in Lairg and The Otters Couch in Brora.
